The deadline for early registration is Thursday, February 16, 2010. If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected to pay the on-site registration fee at the registration desk.

The conference fee (both categories) includes admission to all sessions, a copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, the conference dinner, and the welcome reception. Because the student fees are subsidized, students must show a current student ID at the registration desk.

The organizing committee expects that at least one author of an accepted paper registers and presents the paper and kindly asks speakers to register well in advance. A "no show" will cause inconvenience to attendees and organizers and should be avoided.

If you are looking for a roommate to defray some of the travel cost please contact the organizers by February 8. We will try our best to solve the resulting matching problem.

If you are not a passport holder of a "Schengen country", you will need a visa for visiting Germany. The Federal Foreign Office provides detailed information on this page.
