 All participants are invited to gather at the pre-conference reception (Sunday, 18:00-20:00). Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and the registration desk will be open.

Immediately following the business meeting (Monday, 17:00-18:00), all participants will be invited to taste Currywurst Ruhr Area style. (Yes, there will be refreshments, too.)

The conference dinner will take place in the Hotel "der Lennhof" on Tuesday evening (19:00-22:00). The estate dates back to at least 1395 and has been the team hotel of Borussia Dortmund for the past 25 years.

Directions to/from the Lennhof will be provided on-site.
